To ensure you receive the highest quality of service, we urge you to thoroughly understand our terms and conditions. Upon agreement, please note that payments made to public or private organizations, including bookings for attractions, accommodations, and transport, cannot be refunded. While local service practices may differ from what you are accustomed to, we are entirely devoted to addressing any challenges that arise, aiming to guarantee a remarkable and smooth journey for you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note that our tours and treks are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a booking has been confirmed, we are unable to offer a refund. This is because we immediately secure services with third-party entities, including government and private organizations, making reservations immutable. We cannot alter any reservation details such as dates or passport information, nor can bookings be transferred to another client. However, exceptions are made for specific tours, including Rainbow Mountain and Humantay Lake excursions. For further details or inquiries, please contact us at info@incatrailcamping.com.
RESERVATION
At Inca Trail Camping, we take great pride in our status as a 100% Peruvian local company, strictly adhering to national regulations. To secure your adventure tour, we invite you to provide us with your passport details and a copy of the document. As a gesture of goodwill and to ensure your uncompromised safety, an advance payment of $200 USD per person plus the bank commision of 7 % By collaborating closely with us, we can guarantee that your experience in Peru is truly exhilarating and unforgettable. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
At Inca Trail Camping, we’re committed to crafting unforgettable experiences. To secure your reservation and ensure a smooth journey, we kindly request the following:
Reservation Deposit: To reserve your spot, we require a deposit of US$200. This payment can be made through PayPal and VISA, with an additional 7% merchant fee to be covered by the traveler. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Review Terms and Conditions: Before making any payments, we strongly advise reviewing our Terms and Conditions. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance of your total payment will be settled during an in-person meeting one to two days before your trek. We typically schedule this meeting at your hotel, but if necessary, it can be arranged the day before at 7:00 p.m. Please be prepared to make the balance payment in either USD cash or local/Peruvian currency, ensuring that the bills are in good condition. Failure to confirm complete payment prior to your journey may result in cancellation.
